Improvisation

Improvisation can be defined as free expression inspired by the moment. Improvisation is used as a technique in various art forms, such as the theater, music and dance.

Knowledge of movement, the control of balance, the perception of space, finding one’s interior rhythm, the sense of time, imitation, are the main principles of improvisation. Being aware of these basic principles of improvisation, we can lead ourselves to a freedom of expression, harmony of movement and self-confidence.

Improvising means I liberate my soul and my spirit to listen to the sounds, the music, the song and to take my body on a magical journey to the worlds that my imagination conjures.
